External Environment
In recent years, as connectivity and electrification have advanced, the role of mobility has shifted from ownership to use, and new services such as car sharing have increased. The seamlessness of movement is creating new workplaces and places for interaction, greatly expanding the possibilities of mobility. In addition, advances in digital technology are driving the digitalization of operations and the streamlining of vehicle management in companies and local governments.
Current Situation and Challenges
To provide customers with new value, the Company has gone beyond the framework of auto leasing to address all challenges related to vehicle management, offering proposals that respond to diverse needs and various environmental changes. Until now, our strategy has been developed from the perspective of how to use vehicles efficiently and safely, but we recognize that evolution in line with the needs of the times is also necessary.

Aiming to Evolve into a Mobility Platform Provider
In recent years, aiming for further evolution, we have been developing strategies that focus on both people and goods, as shown in the figure below, with the goal of achieving a sustainable society.
Furthermore, we are transforming information related to vehicle use into value, enabling more efficient mobility and management for drivers and administrators, while also considering service offerings that contribute to management, such as revenue, strategy, and work style reforms.
Looking ahead, we will continue to anticipate the needs of customers moving toward the future and, with a strong awareness that we ourselves must change, aim to evolve into a mobility platform provider capable of delivering new products and services quickly.
