To continuously create and deliver new value in response to changing times, we believe it is essential to respect  human rights as a fundamental principle and fulfill our human rights responsibilities.

Fundamental Principles

In promoting respect for human rights, we comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and uphold international standards such as the International Bill of Human Rights and the International Labour Organization conventions. We also endorse the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact and operate in accordance with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
We strive to ensure that all officers and employees within our group fulfill their responsibilities to respect human rights. Furthermore, we ask our suppliers, business partners, and other stakeholders to acknowledge, support, and implement this policy, and we actively promote the fulfillment of social responsibilities, including respect for human rights, throughout our value chain.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

We comply with the laws and regulations of all relevant countries and regions in our group-wide business activities.
In cases where there is a conflict between internationally recognized human rights and national laws, we seek ways to uphold international human rights standards as much as possible.

Human Rights Due Diligence

Through human rights due diligence, we continuously strive to identify, prevent, and address adverse impacts on human rights. In the event of any human rights violations, we will take appropriate remedial actions.

Stakeholder Engagement

We endeavor to enhance our human rights initiatives through dialogue with relevant stakeholders.

Education and Awareness

We provide training and awareness programs to ensure that this policy is well understood and effectively implemented across our group by all officers and employees.
